I have purchased all my cigars here since moving here a year ago, about $1200, all high end cigars. I bought a lighter there last week and it wasn't working right. I brought it back to exchange it and caught a serious attitude from the guy at the counter. He fiddled with it, gave it back to me and it still wouldn't work for more than 10-15 seconds. He pronounced it working perfectly. I told him to throw it in the trash and walked out. I guess they'll have to find another high end buyer to take my place because I'm not going back.
