Bought a carton of cigarettes here a few days ago that were rock hard stale. I took them back today only to be greeted by a woman who bristled up at me when I walked in the door and started to explain the situation. She about jumped over the count as she was almost yelling that "ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WE CANT TAKE THOSE BACK", while not letting me complete my initial sentence explaining the stale carton of cigarettes. I felt threatened. Why was the worker coming at me like this? I am a 5'4 little old lady with freckles. When you buy a carton of smokes, you are not allowed to open the carton to see if they are fresh. If they are STALE any good shop would apologize and do what they could to rectify the situation. This was not the case. Instead after the verbal tongue lashing, I turned around and left because I didnt want to get beat up for trying to get a fresh carton of smokes. Do yourself a favor and skip getting stale, nasty old cigarettes at this shop, unless you're into that. Their prices are higher than most smoke shops in the area too. Heck, you can even go down the street to their sister shop where I have exchanged stale smokes and had great chats with the owner before.
