This is at least my 2nd review of this place and it applies to all their locations. No matter where I go I wish each town had a Smoke N Vape. I kind of dread having to go anywhere else honestly. The reason I had to leave another review today is bc it was an exceptionally hard day and Nancy (who I think is the owner/manager) literally helped turn it around. Storytime! I live with and care for a retired Dr and her standard poodles and unfortunately I've had to experience the loss of a doggy more times than I would ever wish on anyone. Today was one of those days. I left for work knowing that the next time I saw poor Carter, he would not be alive. My boyfriend stayed with him through his last breath and in my distraughtness I left my nic vape at home and I boy did I need it today. When I got to the store, Nancy was working and I told her a brief summary of my morning and went on with buying my vape and a couple 420 items. After I took my bag of goodies she grabbed a small box from next to the register wrapped and a bow on top with a tag that said "To: Valued Customer". She told me she had been waiting to give it to someone and she couldn't have picked a better time. I will FOREVER continue to recommend this establishment, no matter the location bc I have never found a kinder set of staff at any other smoke and vape or tobacco shop. They hire the best too bc I have not met an employee there I didn't like and I've been going here for at least three years.
