Long time customer of 5 years.. have never had an issue exchanging broken items or with the service until recently. Spent $30 dollars on a disposable vape *recommended by the attendant* that proceeded to die less than 2 hours into owning. Was then told there was "nothing they could do" and to "come buy another one". Are you out of your mind? I've spent thousands of dollars at this store clearly for zero loyalty. will permanently be taking my business elsewhere. This is the *worst* customer service around.
