I recently purchased a CBD cartridge from this merchant. Upon returning home I opened the package and attempted to use the product. To my dismay the cartridge did not work. I contacted the merchant immediately. The male individual that rudely answered the phone was very unprofessional. I explained that the cartridge was faulty and inquired about bringing the faulty product back to the store with my receipt for a replacement. The individual was very rude and proceeded to tell me that they would not exchange the faulty product nor would they give me my money back. I proceeded to ask the individual how should I go about getting a refund for a defective product that they sold to me and he said call the manufacturer and hung up on me. I would highly recommend if you're looking at purchasing CBD products think twice before doing any business with this merchant. Horrible customer service!!
