I love the setup of the shop; and the overall aesthetic, however; when having an employee assist is in picking our items, the employee was not listening to what we were saying as far as which item(s) that we wanted to have taken out of the display case(s). She ended up giving us the completely wrong item for one of our purchases! Other than the staff not seeming to listen to the customers, they were quite friendly. I expect my next trip to yield better service!
