I strongly recommend going to a different smoke shop other than twigs. One that is more professional and value their customers. Twig employees are con artists. They sale counterfeit products as the original manufacturers. Which by the way is illegal. The owners are dishonest, greedy low lives. Just trying to make a quick buck. Don't make the same mistake as I did. I bought 3 packs of raw 1 1/4 cones, opened them up to find out they were not authentic raw cones. They were some homemade crap. An unevenly cut plastic clear straw was in place of the wood piece that's used to stuff. The filter in the paper did not have a raw logo on it. All 3 packages looked like this. Raw cones packaging are not very secure & are very easy to open up & close without looking like it's been tampered with. I called them and they proceeded to tell me they couldn't do anything else but SELL ME more because they don't accept refunds. I asked for a replacement or REAL cones & he proceeded to say that wasn't possible either. Almost laughed about it. I said I was going to make a bad yelp review and he said "Okay cool" & hung up on me. Absolutely horrible customer service. Even the outside packaging of the box is not correct. The colors aren't even the same.
