They left a harassing message. I guess no one wants to challenge the resavation Screw the consumer.If you buy a CARTON make sure there's 200 cigarettes. Especially if you buy the ones in the plastic bag. Advertising cartons of cigarette's They should be 200 not 170. Who else gets away with this? They do. Consumer beware.
