I only put one star because I couldn't figure out how to do none. This place was so much better when Mike was still there. I've bought 2 bangers within the past 5 days. The first one snapped in half from heat after maybe 5 or 6 uses? So I go in to get a replacement for my BASIC banger. The guy working pretty much corners me into buying this $40 spinning beads one telling me he'll give me a "deal", he changed it from $43 and some change to flat $40 so not really a deal at all. So I go home to use the second one I bought and I tried every which way of using them to make them spin and they just wouldn't do it. So I go in again telling them what happened and even showed them a video of them not working, all the while the person who originally sold it to me is making jokes about me having too much time on my hands and maybe its just me who can't make it work and saying that I'm the only person who's come back saying this. I make it very clear that something needs to be done because I've wasted too much money on this place already so he gives me a pick, like an actual dental pick, saying to use it instead and at first says he'll cut me another deal, to which I reply that I already have one and I'm fine. Then to end it off he reluctantly gives me it for free to try and "make up" for everything else. I will definitely not be coming back here now that I know they're products are cheaply made and that they have an alarming lack of customer service.
