There are new people working here and they no longer offer the loyalty program which made this place my go to spot. The first time I visited (under the new staff or ownership) I gave my membership number and I was told she couldn't log on however she offered a discount. The second time I visited (new staff) I was informed that since I came in moments before she was closing (9:40PM) she couldn't pull up the loyalty screen. (I only had to purchase 1 more item to get my free item) I was understanding only to find out that my Uncle visited earlier that same day and he was informed that they no longer offer the loyalty program. NOT the same information shared with me by the owner. Perhaps I would have been more understanding if I wasn't intentionally misinformed and straight up lied to. There is a new place that I found near the Lakewood Water Tower/Active Park area called, "Rain City Vape" very much a community over competition vibe there with the same selections as Smoke Supply. Check out Rain City- you won't be disappointed with their prices and customer service.
