Complete condescending, dishonest, and disgusting employees who rip off customers and are rude to them. Been a few times hoping each would be better. Do not take any responsibility/refunds/customer service for defective products they sell that stop working even just 10 minutes after purchasing, and upsell products claiming they are something else. Most recently purchased a disposable vape product I have used before that the guy (acted completely disinterested and hostile by my existence) claimed was 1600 puffs, because apparently they didn't have 800 ones (even though I bought one the week before). I was confused and bought it anyway. Turns out, I paid double the money for half of what I was supposed to get (it was 800 puffs) when it died wayyy too soon. When I called, the woman said that the product I got doesn't even come in 1600 puffs and that I got my money's worth (which I didn't). And then she said too bad there's nothing she can do, and hung up on me...... I paid with my card so she could even look it up and I could bring in the incorrect product so she could give me partial refund/credit like at any other establishment would if she had any decency. In the store once, she actually asked me to write a Yelp review. Well, here it is you're welcome.
