The place has really friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have never been out of stock of what I need. They seem to have a lot of stuff that I do not want as well, so I suspect that you will find whatever you are looking for unless you are looking for an 1800s opium pipe from China or the like. The prices seem on par with what I was used to prior to switching to this shop as my go to place. There is parking in the front and street parking on the closest side street. I always choose the side street (watch out for the pothole on the corner) because backing out onto Touhy does not seem like an overly safe thing to do.
