Let's preface this by saying I am 3 decades over the legal limit to purchase tobacco items. Went there to by rolling papers, a perfectly legal item, as is all of their products. unfortunately, i had forgotten my id. It was a stop on whim as we drove by. I was denied service. My visibly gray hair and I left. As we continued our journey, I ordered what I needed from Amazon. Granted, the purchase was small, but the experience tainted my view of the store and I may hesitate before buying from them in the future. Too many business are hurting from the pandemic, unfortunately this one is hurting from ridiculous internal policies.
