My daughter and I have been regular customers at this outlet for the last 8 1/2 yrs. Today my 26 yr old daughter went in to get the same thing we always get and literally out of nowhere the manager refused to serve her because "she didn't have her id" so when I went in to the store to buy my regular item this lady, who had always been decent to us, threatened to call the police on me! I'm a dark skin Hispanic woman living in what I would consider a rural area and I instantly felt like my life was in danger because she was threatening to call officers with guns over an id issue that wasn't even an issue because I'm almost 50 yrs old and my daughter is near 30. I had to ask this lady what's happening with her today. I was confused. I've never been treated like this by anyone working there, that includes her. Somehow, she couldn't remember me or my daughter but remembered my coke head ex boyfriend from 3 years ago and what he smoked. I'm still confused as to what her deal was and unfortunately because I definitely don't feel safe going to this store anymore I'm gonna have to drive out of my way to find the item that I would buy there daily.
