Clearly the only other person who has reviewed the company has a personal thing against the owner.....as he's reviewed all the smokers haven locations in the area...and they are all about Brett not speaking to him lol. I've always had a good experience here, the staff always welcomes you when you walk in, I've never had to wait more than a minute or 2 for assistance and those few times you could plainly see they were busy with others. They always have great suggestions on new flavors to try out and are very knowledgeable about their products when I have questions. I also do want to make a point to say that while I don't personally know the owner, I did visit the store one day while a guy who I assumed worked at all the locations doing merchandising, stocking and product updates. They were busy and he also looked very busy but he was standing by the product I needed locked in a case, he happily grabbed it for me and even cashed me out while stating "sorry! Don't use these frequently lololl". I've worked retail management and to be clear, this guy did not HAVE to assist me as there are front of the store staff working and getting paid for it, he took the time away from his own work assignment to help me and did it with a genuine smile on his face. So....."Brett, If this was you at the west Manchester location, THANK YOU. You have great customer service skills and no problem stepping in to assist your employees!...if this wasn't Brett...good job whoever you are..AND GOOD HIRING JOB BRETT!" Ps. The reviewer below only gives 1 star reviews. I checked the profile. Consider his experiences at your own caution and like mine better
