Ok so here's the scenario, last night I dropped my vape and shattered the mouth piece. I ran by my local vape shop and they didn't carry a replacement. Later that day I happened to see a shop "smokers outlet" in the same shopping center my wife wanted to go to. So while she walked over to her store I ran over to check if "smokers outlet" had the mouth piece I needed for my vape. As I passed through the door I met with a welcome of "how can I help you?" I responded with my request of a Smok TV18 mouthpiece and was met with "we don't have this, you need to go to big vape shop, we are small why would you come to a small shop for such a thing". Now where I appreciate this gentleman's concern for where my head was at walking in such a pathetic looking shop, however a polite "sorry we don't carry that, how about you try (enter random local vape shop) right up the road." Would have sufficed. I will never step foot in smokers outlet again, not recommended, avoid at all costs.
