So i bought a nord vape two weeks ago. Was really happy with the vape i got and the girl helped me find exactly what i wanted. But the issue im having is that its leaking out of the tank. They told me to come in to see what was going on with it. This was bout 5 days after i made the purchase. The lady said maybe the coil wasnt in all the way and if it continued to leak to come back in that theyd replace it. I called today and another girl was there, i told her the issue and how its been constant. Because its still leaking. She told me that now they cannot replace it because the boss is strict on that even though I've been told before that they will replace it being how I just bought it. She told me to put in my other coil and see if it leaks after that. Now when I bought the Vape the lady that was there told me that I could not use that coil because it was specifically for other liquids and I'm using a salt liquid but this girl over the phone is telling me they're both the same so I proceeded to change my coil and test it out. The liquid is still leaking out of my tank and I feel as if this is a malfunction and should be handled appropriately but now I'm being advised that she can't do anything about it. It changed my feelings on smokers Palace I was really happy in the beginning but now I feel like I'm in a position where it should fall on the store and not my pocket. Very disappointed in the fact that they won't help me figure out why it's continuously leaking.
