Junky little store sells a bunch of stuff, and NO customer service. The first vape pen I bought didn't work at all; Tracy said not authorized to exchange or refund, manager needs to take care of, so I left the pen and my business card, bought another one of a different brand, came back a couple weeks later bought 3 more pens,Tracy said he saw my replacement on a list and it's in one of these boxes and he will call (he said still has card) another week or so later and no word ... NO refunds, NO exchanges NOT GOING BACK!
