Worst customer service!! I've been this shop for year and half spending $300+ a month on my vape n my wife's and I've never had problems but today I purchased disposable vape as usual but it was defected basically it doesn't really hit yes little smoke comes out but feels like I'm not getting the hit at all !! So I asked for replacement but he took my vape and smoked then he was saying the smoke still coming out so he won't change for me ... so what I did was purchase the new one so he can smoke both and tell its defected . So after employee tried new one he could now tell the difference so he threw away the defected one but he still won't exchange for me ... the owner should not let him run the business cause now the store lost $300+ a month over $25 vape .. nice saving 25 ! And losing 300+ a month what a dumb employee!!
