Established in 2011 Smokey's Smoke Shop was established at the end of 2011. This location used to be Paulo's Lounge before that. This place used to be a Bar since the 1960's and has a lot of history in the City of Hayward. It started as "Palm Villas" in the 60's. The building was as abandoned building until SMOKEY'S showed up, renovated/remodeled/repaved & brought it up to code! Making Hayward a Beautiful City to be in!
