Purchased an electronic cigarette 9/8/2021 used it a few times over the next hour. It started to flash signaling the battery was dead. Purchased multiple of this product before with no issue. Today 9/9/2021,which happens to be my birthday, I go in and explain the situation, the battery being dead barley used, she calls owner, and they do nothing. I was swindled out of 12 bucks. I can get electronic cigarettes anywhere, I was going here to support a small local business. However rather than exchanging it and handling the issue with the supplier and or manufacturer, they leave me with the problem. So due to the poor customer service I would not recommend taking your business here.
