May 3, 2022 update I am not sure if this is the Corporate Office I spoke to but it is the only listing I could find to review which was in Wilkes Barre. I spoke with Smokin Joe's Corporate Office and talked with Bonnie who was extremely professional and apologetic who then transferred me to Human Resources, Michelle. What a great end to such a frustrating experience. Michelle was sympathetic, courteous, and concerned about the problem and promised to look over everything and get right back to me. She did! Very Professional! She called the shop and told them they owed me $1.27 and that Sassee would be there to pick it up today! It is not the money but the principle of the situation. Michelle would look into the employee problem and again apologized. Sometimes it pays to go to the top! I want to thank some of the employees at the shop in Sayre, Pa. who are super to deal with. Melissa, Jenny, and Diane who have been courteous, friendly, and professional.
