Good prices, friendly employees. But this will be the third time I've been shorted merchandise. 1st time I was shorted 1 pack of cigarettes, thought I had lost it, but never recovered the missing pack. Second time missing 4 packs, went back into store and was told they were right here on the counter, same employee involved in the first missing pack. 3rd. Time was serviced by 2 employees, bought and paid for 4 packs of one brand and 7 packs of a more popular brand. When to the establishment next store, purchased my items, used the same bag from the cigarettes. Went to my vehicle to take out one pack to open immediately and only had 6 packs not seven. Went back into the store to get my 7th pack and was told by both employees the bag contained 7 packs when I checked out. Don't know what happened to pack 7. Asked for my pack or a refund. They could not do anything for me, I need to speak with this person Thur or Fri. I don't think it is worth my time and gas to continue to patron this establishment.
