This was our first time in miami we Bay Area, read the reviews which were good came here due to that. First impression was good, noticed we were sitting in an area that doesn't offer a fan we asked our waitress if we can move to get some air as Miami baby is HOT and HUMID even at night. Anywho she did which was great. Ordered our hookah which took surprisingly a long time to get. As the waitress we had kept saying the person is backed up and we will get ours soon. Now let me back up before we moved to another table we placed our order, another couple comes in and sits where we sat at originally. The were helped by another waiter, and got there order really fast especially there hookah, so of course we were like wait a minute, "how do they get theirs before we get ours"? Hmmm thought she was backed up. Our waitress comes over and ask, is everything good? We mentioned to her we still haven't received our hookah yet, she said oh she still behind let me go see. Hmm my eyebrow went up as know I know this waitress is lying and not knowing. Thank goodness another good waiter Eduardo came to save the night. He listened, he followed through, and did his job correctly. I give good compliments when due, but Angela PLEASE get ya life or listening skills right. Stop telling ya customers she behind when YOU obviously messed up. Go check instead of giving false information. Learn HOW to be a better waitress. My tip to you could of been a lot more.
