this place SUCKS. i got an extremely overpriced vape because i was in a time crunch, (made a stop in my uber to the smoke shop before going to norwalk), and when i open it and hit it when i got to norwalk, it didnt work. this has happened a couple times previously from this store, probably cause they sell fake shit. i called the store to explain that i was just in there 30 minutes before and i cant make it back there that day but i can come back tomorrow and would like to exchange it. i spent 20+ dollars. the lady on the phone was very rude and said that wasnt possible and i shouldve seen the sign that said "no refunds or exchanges". seriously? just go to the gas station or a little farther to pams variety on madison ave.
