Bought an "ooze" vape pen battery for about $20. Went home, charged it, and then attempted to use it and it would not work. Upon investigating the battery I realized that the main wire that was responsible for making the vape pen actually work was cut. This was either already broken or happened when I twisted in the vape cartridge (which is what is intended for the pen, I did not use it improperly). Either way, the vape pen battery is obviously made with very cheap parts that break easily. No big deal, it was $20, kind of expected. I return to the store less that 24 hours later and explain my situation to the very same person that sold it to me and asked if I could exchange it for a new one. She was very disingenuous and just blatantly told me no. She even acknowledged the cheapness of the product they sold and still offered no explanation or anything. Just said "no". My response was "that's unfortunate" and she responded "yea it is" and then laughed in my face. Pretty rude and unprofessional response. Anyways upon looking at other reviews for this store I see the no refund policy is due to "overwhelming amount of people trying to return vape bars and other things". So it seems as if the business owner knows that they sell poor quality products and has no intentions of improving on the quality of their products and generally lacks business integrity altogether. I took my business to another vape store down the street and had a much better overall experience. Lower prices, employees that didn't seem like robots, and a return/exchange policy.
