It seems like 4:5 cigars that I buy from there are wrapped way too tightly. Either that or they are not properly humidified. I can't figure it out but it surely must be the latter. There's just no way that so many cigars can be improperly rolled. After a few draws they get a hard cap on them that no amount of struggling with a lighter will get rid of. Of course, no one accepts cigars as a return when it's so easy to say, "it's the way you smoke them." Really? I am tired of wasting money here and will not be going back to them any time soon.
