Read my review from over 2 years ago then read this one. UPDATE: Kyle said he didn't hear the conversation and I am permanently banned from their stores lol. So much for Kyle always doing right be me. He admitted he didn't hear it! Such hypocrisy please don't waste your hard earned money here Now that I've had years and years experience and went to some other shops on days stratus was closed it's become very obvious to see the company's true colors. I'm just glad there are far better options nearby like prime tobacco by Harris teeter on church st. Stratus is by far one of the MOST over priced head shops in the state. I used to come all the time even with the outrageous prices because it is the closest to me. Never thought a business I've given thousands of dollars to would cuss me out over a 5 dollar purchase because I mentioned having too much delta 8 (a product they carry and sell themselves) and was wondering if it's legal for me to sell it like their business does. I was genuinely curious. Like do I need a permit? I have no clue. Anyhow he cussed me out balled my receipt up and threw it on the floor proceeding to tell me to pick it up? Lol they won't get another penny from me. And when you read this, just remember you are the one who had to pick that receipt up, not me. The one positive thing I can say is Kyle the manager was always good to me. What a shame how this place has went so downhill. You can even see my original review years ago was a 5 star. It'd be a 0 now if that was on option. I only give my money to businesses that deserve it and they no longer do. Not from me. Oh and notice those 5 star reviews are mostly fake, the people have no yelp friends plus it's their only review and no profile avatar.
