I have been going to this shop since they opened pretty much. I've spent thousands of dollars in their store. I've brought them tons and tons of other business as well. Their new hire got in my face for saying a word that he also says. I used the word for describing something. Not towards anyone. He came out from behind the counter and stepped up into my face as if he were going to hit me. He cussed at me and has extremely horrible work manners. All of the other employees are amazing but this new one needs to either be taught how to work in customer service or he shouldn't be working there at all. I'll make sure to spread the word to everyone I have sent in there not to return until something is done about this employee. (And I know more than half of them since I'm the one who brought them to that store.
