Buyer beware. This was the place I went to when I first started vaping. Most of the staff was knowledgeable and helpful to a degree but they were very pushy. They frequently sell older products and do not have the latest that is out in the market and are very high priced. Although they claim to have all your vaping needs... if you go there looking for a specific part that you need, they never have it in stock and will try to sell you another brand or unit. Both times I needed to purchase from here.. The unit I bought was the display unit, out of the box already. They say it was not used but it was not sealed in the package. At the time I was brand new to vaping and this was the only store I knew about. And the second time they were the only one that was open when my unit died. The second time I went in, I knew what I wanted to buy and i had to listen to the guy tell me all about 3 other units that they got in the store that were out of my budget. And while they sold me the brand I wanted they did not carry their coils. How can you sell a unit and not carry the pieces you need to operate it?? I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and there are a few more vape shops in the area that are much better priced and friendlier to the customer that carry a full line of units, atomizers, and accessories.
