i was was looking for a place that carried a quality product i knew of so i ordered 10 cartons of ohm "menthol" cigarillos' ($133) from www.tedtobacco.com and received the wrong product (by mistake I hope, but after the fact i think they knew), i sent 4 pictures of the the mistake and they said they were the right product and would not rectify the mistake and would not be replacing the incorrect order. I think because i was a first time customer they could get rid of bogus stock that was sitting around) I have ordered thousands (seriously) of these cigarIllos in the past, but can't remember the company, and know exactly what was supposed to be in the packs, and these were not the "menthol" cigars I ORDERED. They were the red striped regulars (like Marlboros) all I wanted was what I ordered, I didnt ask for a refund or anything and they flat out refused to rectify the mistake. I told them I would post it here and they laughed. hmmm I don't find this situation lol at all and would encourage people to find a more stand by your product company to deal with. if you can't stand by your product, idk how u can justify calling yourself reputable.
