We've ordered from Ted's Cigars for many years. I've sent the cigars to my husband serving in Iraq & Afghanistan - and he was the envy of his soldiers (sometimes he'd share). I've never had a problem with ordering or delivery - except for the unusual length of time it would take to get them. But even still - they'd arrive "ok". One shipment we had crushed glass tubes - but we still ordered from them again. This year - what a nightmare. Placed an order on November 30th - it's now Dec 24th - and no cigars. I sent 3 emails to customer service (as instructed in my order receipt AND in my account on line) asking where the cigars might be, as they had not arrived. NO REPLY. SILENCE. They now require you load an app on your phone to track the order. I did that - and the app was a joke. On top of that - it did NOT show my order had even left their facility to begin with. HORRIBLE horrible app, and HORRIBLE experience with the whole mess. I sent them a final message demanding an immediate refund - and I got one - really quickly, in fact. So they ARE getting my customer service messages... interesting.... I appreciate the speedy refund - but even THEN - no reply to my email. No apology, no explanation - NOTHING. This is the very definition of "Bad Business". Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE non-delivery of purchased cigars. HORRIBLE communication (non-existent). I do NOT recommend this company any longer, and have made to sure to go through any positive reviews I've ever left them on social media, and deleted them. Message to Ted's Cigars: You shouldn't be capitalizing on President Trump to sell your cigars. At least HE delivers what he promises. You, on the other hand, do NOT. :( I plan to write to him, as well, and encourage him to remove any endorsement of your product. His name should not be associated with you any longer.
