My roommate got sold a PLASTIC smoking device for 22 dollars. The guy that owns the place said it was a steal at that price because it's usually 33 dollars (mind you there was no price tag). Anyways, she realized she didn't like it and her and I went to return it a few days later (hoping for store credit). When we walked in the guy was all namaste and hugging us (literally came out with hands in namaste and hugged me), and when we asked for store credit, he FLIPPED out. I tried to get a word in but he wouldn't let me. I was simply trying to tell him that if he would allow the return he would have gotten 2 new customers that just moved to the neighborhood. But no, he said he didn't care and that only god would decide how his business would do. He also said in his rant that he only cares about himself (he said this because I was saying that he is going to ruin his business with customer service like this). After yelling at us and saying he would go out of business if everyone came in there with a return (which we were only asking for store credit, not our money back), he escorted us out the door and told us to never come back. I told him I would write a review on yelp and well here it is. Too bad :(
