The shop owner is more interested in pushing her radical political agenda than running her business. You know there are problems with a store with such a high turnover rate and that has an owner that forces employees to refer to her as a dictator. And the prices are ridiculously marked up, just go to literally any other shop in town, or, better yet, order something of a better quality online.
