So this place was recommended to me by my cousin the employees are very cool but when I bought they're xtra disposable vape pod I noticed there was shards of glass coming when getting inhaled I immediately got worried and stop using it and I took the product back to them, they acted like it's not even their problem so yes very bad customer service especially for first time customer hope they get it sorted out.
