absolutely awful experience. cashier "helped" us out by selling us the wrong size bowl even after showing him a picture and asking him to make sure it was the correct size multiple times. the bowl that was sold to me does not even fit in the kind of water pipe i have, but is instead made for a dab rig which shows that he didn't even bother to take an actual look. that, or he's incompetent and shouldn't be working at a smoke shop. i even tipped four dollars on a 20 dollar bill (when every single bowl i've purchased from other shops has been around $10). i walked back into the shop literally 5 minutes later because the bowl didn't fit into my pipe, he refused to let me back in at first, and only after knocking on the door multiple times did he let me in only to tell me "sorry man i can't do anything for you, all sales final". i'm going to be coming back to this overpriced smokeshop every day until i get my refund.
