'm giving this review two stars cus I love the people that work there. Super knowledgeable and customer service is always great... For that reason I have held off on doing a review but this is getting old! I regularly buy disposable vapes from you. First the Hyde colors were knock offs and would not work I'd try them in the store and then after that they would be junk somehow. Had to pull so hard I'd see stars. When putting two side by side one that works good one that doesn't and obvious visual differences. This happened to me 4-5 times. And NOW! The puff bar plus. Bought it the other day hit it once at store, didn't need it right then so put it back in the package. Went to use it when I needed it and its junk. No flavor and I have to pull extremely hard till I see stars. Again outer case is a different color from the other one that is still working, logo has imperfections etc. At $10-12 a pop with no return policy it's complete Bull Sh$t. I can show my debit card history to prove the rediculous Amount of money I spend here each month and I'm sick of this happening. I'll just start ordering them online or going elsewhere.
