Great place to buy quality cigars. Joe is literally a Wikipedia of information when it comes to cigars so ask for him. Tim is great as well. I haven't had the pleasure of smoking in the lounge yet, but they took me on a tour of all options and never once pressured me. Laid back vibe and everyone was cool and legit that I came across.
