I went into this store ready to spend some money. I was ready to buy a couple of their Mandela wall hangings and anything else that caught my fancy. I however first wanted to find what I needed. I told the man what I wanted and the salesgirl showed me where the bins were that held the wall hangings. They were in centimeters and I told the girl I didn't know how to convert from cm to inches. She laughed, walked off saying, " me either". I left. Customer service??? None! Will I return? You can bet I won't! Recommend them? Never! They couldn't care less if they make a sale or not.
