Man... Loonar Station. A hot-topic business around here for many reasons... I'll start with the good. First off, they do have a great selection of products. Wraps/cones/papers of many flavors. Glass one-hitters, bowls, bubblers, water pipes, vaporizers, and anything else, they likely have it. Secondly, the prices are decent on most products. I bought a Pax vaporizer that was only a few bucks more than if I had purchased it online. Now, the reason for the score... this location has terrible customer service. It USED to be great until very recently. But apparently, Loonar Station management/corporate treat/pay their employees poorly. The employee that recently quit had worked there for a number of years and informed me that several other core team members had also quit. I guess hiring new people is easier than retaining their current, competent, employees.
