Came in looking for a good scale to use. I purchased one of their more high-end scales for $30. I actually compared it to Amazon, where it was listed at half the price, but I thought I'd be nice and support a local business instead. Horrible mistake. After immediately trying it at home and realizing it wasn't giving accurate readings, I came back to return it (all within 30min or less). The sales person at the counter tried it himself and agreed it wasn't working. They refused to let me return it, however, only giving me store credit. And that faulty overpriced scale is back on their shelf for resale. I trusted that this business would sell me working products, or at the very least let me return one that wasn't. I don't use tobacco products, I just needed a scale for cooking, so this $30 store credit is worth nothing to me.
