I've noticed Sundays is the worst day for customer service in this area, service is just half of what makes a great business experience, if not more, in my opinion. I arrived around noon and was greeted with a sign at the door that read, "BACK IN 5", weird since it had just opened 30 minutes before I arrived. Strike one. The person there was unhelpful, I think I came in while he was getting his fix, was sweating, mumbling and tried rushing me out. Strike two. Great way to lose a loyal customer. Asked me to come back another day because he didn't know the answer to my questions "out the top of [his] head". Strike three. Never will I step foot at The Rabbit Hole again and neither should you.
