Learned a hard lesson here. I went to this store specifically asking for a waterproof heavy duty vaping mod. The guy talked me into one that was $120. I didn't want to spend that much but was assured the quality was worth it. The guy was incredibly nice and seemed to understand the products. When I got it home the first thing I did after removing from box was charge it. Because it was waterproof there was a rubber stopper that covers the charge port. I opened it and when I did it fell the the ground. Upon closer inspection I discovered it was no longer attached to it like it was supposed to be. There was a clear place where one could easily tell it was ripped. Researching I found it it supposed to open, but still remains attached at one end so that it doesn't fall off or fall to the ground. I brought it back the next day to exchange it or if they didn't have it to get a refund, explaining to them that there is no way with how careful I was being that I broke it off, and I just simply trusted them that everything was as good as new and if there was an issue, they would make it right by exchanging it. The guy explained to me that there's nothing they can do as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. He never shared this important information with me until I had already spent $120 and was already stuck with it. To be fair, in the most unlikely place to be seen in small writing, they have cleverly placed an ALL SALES ARE FINAL notice, and also on the receipt which you'd only see after you buy it and are stuck with it, but to also be fair, anyone can see that doing business like that isn't right. The same product I bought there for $120 was available on eightvape.com, an online site that I have had nothing but good experience from in 3 years only needing to exchange once which they gave me no issues with, for $60. Which apparently they print on the receipt to make you aware that the product you just purchased, even though advertised as new, you are stuck with. So the reason I give this one star is so that this is because I spent twice the money to get what I could've gotten online for half price, along with the option to return or exchange it if it is sold damaged or not working, when this place will tel you that you should've done your research before purchasing (I assume instead of counting on the workers there to be helpful) and you will be stuck with being sold a product that they broke and still put on the shelf to be sold to some person they hope won't notice they are being gypped. My STRONG recommendation is to buy online. Eightvape.com carries 95% of all vaping products I've ended up searching for to get there way cheaper (usually at least half the cost), including devices and juices. This was an expensive lesson to learn and hope someone else can learn from my huge mistake.
