I am not writing this because I'm upset or just an angry person. I am writing this because there has been MULTIPLE times where I purchase something and it just doesn't work. There has been multiple parties im going to and i'm honestly just trying to buy something quick and I need to go. It's not truly their fault if anything i buy i didn't test and i left right? BUT when it happens multiple times its almost like wait whats going on? Even then I've told them "hey its not your fault can i just get a new one or even just something else" and theres one guy who simply cannot understand customer service or even how to service people. Every-time I come i spend almost 60 in hookah items because thats what i do but anything else i buy is ALWAYS TRASH. I've brought for sure MULTIPLE people of business there and I've never complained or had an issue when my girl is out and she cant hit her vape or pen cuz it flat out doesn't work. I had friends all over for fourth and I bought multiple things but only ONE thing worked. I asked for one pack of rolling papers as compensation because i had friends from literally the NFL and international soccer teams and they wanted vapes but the ones we bought didn't work. I asked simply to see how he would react but the total was literally 3.17 and he "just simply couldn't do it". Now I look stupid with my friends because nothing works and it's too late to go anywhere else because we're at the club already. Its highly disrespectful to not compensate your customer and I advise anyone reading this, DON'T SHOP HERE, They will sell you something that doesn't work and when it comes to them fixing it, they will act as if its YOUR fault it doesn't work. I will continue to make sure nobody else in this area shops here and my friends on teams will definitely not visit here when they come home for family and friends. Terrible shop, terrible staff, Id'e go sober for life before I ever shop here again.
