Love this place. Manager Ryo (sp) is the best !! He knows his sh**! He knows everything about everything that has an everything that needs to be known about!!! Every product is represented by him & his marketing skills, experience, time in this field, etc. He is so helpful, has the patience of Job (the one in the BIBLE who's wife told him to curse God & die). Ryo will patiently answer all your Q & A. He will also negotiate if you see a product you want but $$ is tight, your pockets ain't right, & you need a "toy" for the night. Many times when my money was funny & my change was strange he'd allow me to do "lay-a-way"!! YES! No paperwork, just verbal trusting and whatever you can leave to "hold" the item. The store has a clearance corner & nice products. He bubble wraps better than FedEx, after allowing you to see, check, & confirm the condition of the item to be undamaged. Upon entering the store tour ears are hit with bomb-bass-bumping house music beats; not long after your feet are moving & suddenly you're in the mood to shop, see what's new, and ask questions. The atmosphere is positive, bright, colorful, & visually busy. There's so much to explore & everything is nicely & neatly stacked, displayed, & under well-lit conditions. Masking is a must, & social distancing is honored. Ryo is also great at multitasking, even when it's a bit crowded. He can help a customer & still keep a sharp eye on everything moving throughout the store. I highly recommend this store. Oh, and they're open very late. Ok, that's enough. I could go on but I won't. Oh, wait! There's also Chris, who works in the daytime. He's so cool too & patient with & respectful to customers.
