Stay Away from Tilly's Smoke Shop in Golden Valley Arizona. I understand a no return policy if someone just doesn't like their choice. BUT any reputable business will stand behind defective products. We spent $50 on a glass bong at this place. When we got home we found the little slits allowing air flow were not big enough to let enough air through for the bong to work. We called Tilly's Smoke Shop and were told to bring it back at they would look at it. We drove the 60 miles back to Tilly's Smoke Shop a few days later. They looked at the bong and pulled one from the shelf to test. We could tell a big difference between the two, but the girl said because some air goes through it the owner won't replace it. So I guess if your pipe or bongs air flow is completely blocked rather than just worthless they might replace it. The bong is worthless as it it is. So if your going to buy a bong don't go to Tilly's Smoke Shop. go anyplace else if you don't want to loose your money.
