The young sales lady, not the older owner, was so nasty to my husband today I was left in tears. I have purchased from this store for a few months now and always have dealt with the owner, who has always been a lovely lady to me every time. Today my husband was in from out of town for the holiday and we stopped in at the shop to purchase some novelty items as gifts, intending to spend about $200. We really didn't know much about them so my husband asked a few questions to make sure we purchased the correct items. By the third question the sales lady became outright nasty to my husband and hurt my husbands feelings. When he asked her if he had done something to upset her she raised her voice LOUDLY and RUDELY to him in front other customers and basically said he was the problem asking to many questions. I was by the door ready to leave and when I heard her raise her voice to my husband and I went to the counter to find out what was happening because the only voice that was heard was the sales lady. When I realized her attitude I told my husband to leave the expensive items on the counter and lets leave. I was to tears at her unprofessional attitude and decided to go back and to let her know she was not a nice person and unprofessional. I will admit my language was less than flattering but than again she was a woman being nasty to my sweet husband. I will never go there again and I have spread the word to my son, daughter in law and my network of friends to NEVER go there again. We went up the road to Diamond Smoke Shop and they treated us like royalty. I was happy to give Diamond our $200. Diamond knows how to treat Customers with curtesy, kindness and consideration.
