I've been going to this tobacco shop for a couple months even signed up to be a rewards member. As of today I am no longer a loyal customer. I experienced the worst customer service ever and it wasn't even from the associate it was from the manager. I tried to bring back a vape they sold me two days ago because it didn't work and when it did it was a harsh tobacco taste. When I told the manager she began to yell at me with an attitude and read the return policy as if I was a toddler. I'm like I'm in here twice a week and you yell at me about your return policy rather than apologizing for the inconvenience. She's lucky I didn't curse her out now that I think about... anyways it's too many other tobacco shops to go to. Don't waste your money here because if u get something stale from there, "oh well" basically. This shop needs better management, someone who cares about their customers who shop there on a weekly basis. The manager is a white lady with orange hair by the way.
