They were fresh out of the incense burner things, or whatever they're called (in Austin they call them Eucalyptus inhalers). But the place was clean when i came in. I noticed the guy behind the counter was with it, and knew exactly the order of the people who came in. It was just a little thing, but a guy came in after me, and the employee turned to me while I was looking for the burner and asked me if he could help me find something. They were out of the burners, and since I was new to the area and I asked where another head shop was, he told me. I ended up going there the next day. That man knows customer service! It wasn't the "Customer NOT service" you get now a days with the youngin's behind the counter! I'd go back to that place when they have more of the burners.
