I dont recommend this place for the following reasons: 1- I expect a response when i say hello, so no hello back or you welcome 2- it's happened too many times I grabbed cigars for marked price and on the cash the price is something els which I consider 0 honestly. 3- i asked for actual receipt they refused to provide me one, why? Because you not honest 4- i dont feel comfortable they just keep watching me while am choosing stuff doesn't mean all your costumers are thief's 5- the prices are high since they are in dupage county Which is doesn't make any sense. 6- most of cigars are dry and cracked and they dont exchange or refund my advice for you dont waist your time and money with this rude people and bad service, there is plenty of website you can buy lots of cigars at very low price.
